Very good service, I would give them 1000 stars. My baby wouldn’t sleep because she is used to sleeping in her own crib. So the staff was kind enough to bring me a crib at 1am. Would come back to this hotel for sure

Well I have to say the place it’s really wonderful the staff was very polite very friendly and helpful with questions I have, I want mention this lady who makes sure she keep the buffet area clean and she is constantly working hard very kind and really sweet her name is Manuela and she was so nice, genuinely everything was just lovely I even meet new people who go there often. The bad, I think they need to no be so pushy on trying to sale you a membership and no to be tricky by calling your room and saying they have a a gift for you and asking you to stop there before breakfast so you end up walking upset because how long they take by the time you are done you are mad and hungry. So I think it’s better to be honest and leave it up to the customers. We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The bedroom and the view are absolutely stunning. Overall service was excellent. Food was also very good especially the à la carte restaurants. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

My first cancun experience would not have been complete if i would have missed this place. The staff, room service, hotel/snackbar/bar/pool bar services and everything else is 110% worth it. You would never feel that you made a wrong choice of hotel by living here. When they say all inclusive they actually mean it and deliver it as well. First time in my life i have seen the staff constantly asking you if you need anything else(food/drinks) be it in the pool, around the pool, or anywhere in the lobby. A lot more is offered here as well other than just food pools and drinks. The night shows in the theatre, almost a 5 star gym for a vacation resort. The pool side activities for kids as well as adults throughout the day. Spa services, buffet restaurants, dine dining restaurants (With reservations only) its all worth it. And if you are planning for a party, wedding, celebration or a birthday then they also offer separate packages for that.
