To make the most of your Spa experience and support the benefits of your treatment, we recommend you arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time, so you can enjoy an unhurried transition into the Spa facilities. Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment, as we must complete your service by the designate end-time in order to respect all guests reservations.


Come as you like. For your convenience a robe, towels will be provided. We suggest that you also bring your bathing suit to enjoy our jacuzzi and steam room facilities. During all treatments you will be properly covered to ensure privacy. In order to avoid worries and stress, we recommended that you leave valuables in your guest room safe. The Spa does not assume liability for any valuables. The spa environment is tranquility and relaxation. We kindly request that you refrain from using your mobile phone, tablet and camera while enjoying the Spa. We recommend that alcohol not be consumed prior to Spa usage. The Spa reserves the tight to refuse any guests that are under influence of alcohol.


All services require you to be in good health. If you have health concerns or are pregnant, please be sure to notify our Spa staff when booking your treatment. We can offer guidance as to which treatment will be the most beneficial. We have specially designed treatments for expectant mothers. We recommend that you check with your physician before booking any Spa service. Certain treatments and techniques may not be available during the first trimester.


We recommend making reservations in advance. The Spa provides walk-in bookings based on availability.


Our gift certificates make a wonderful gift for any special occasion.


We kindly ask our guests to give a minimum of six-hour notice for changes or cancelations. With fewer than six-hour notice you will be charged for 50% of your treatment. For no shows, we apply a 100% cancelation fee in your room bill.
