HEATED KIDS' POOL
Our youngest guests deserve to enjoy the water in a safe and fun environment. Our heated pool is designed especially for them, with the perfect temperature and a water play area that guarantees hours of fun. While the kids play, you can relax knowing they are in a supervised and child-friendly setting.
KIDS' ACTIVITIES
The fun never stops at our Kids Club. Every day is filled with activities designed to spark creativity and imagination. From arts and crafts workshops to outdoor games, our expert entertainers ensure every child finds something they love. Here, laughter and learning go hand in hand, creating memories that will last a lifetime.
REGULATIONS
- Check-in time at 9:30 am and 1:00 pm.
- Children must be accompanied by their parent/guardian for registration and bring a towel.
- Kids Club will not accept children who do not want to join the Kids Club by their own decision.
- Lunch time at 12:30 pm; You must pick up your children before that time.
- The kids' club closes at 4:45 pm; You must pick up your children before that time. For security reasons, the same parent/guardian must sign the child in and out.
- Only for children from 4 to 11 years old. All children should know how to go to the bathroom.
- Children under 4 years of age and children with special needs can use the equipment and facilities if accompanied by an adult.
- Parents/guardians of children from 4 to 11 years old are not allowed to stay in the Kids Club.
- Parents/guardians MUST remain in the Club at all times during their children stay.
- Parents/guardians should be aware that the Kids Club offers entertainment for children. and is not an alternative to child care/child care.
- Parents/guardians must report any special medications, food, drink, or allergies, etc.
- Consumption of food or drinks is not allowed in the Club House at any time.
- The minimum height for the water slides is 1m.
- All information provided by the guest is handled under our confidentiality principles.
- In compliance with legal and security obligations, a maximum of 20 children are accepted at any time.
