My family recently visited GR Solaris and we had a wonderful experience. The quality of the staff is excellent; they created a great relationship with my kids, the staff went the extra mile to make sure they were happy, and on the last day, they prepared a special goodbye lunch for my older son, complete with nice decorations and a kind gesture of a gift from the staff! I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Paula, Darvin, Ann-Kristell Kaori, Allan, two Armando's, the Chef Francisco, and many others for making our stay unforgettable. The hotel is in good shape, and the rooms and common areas were very clean. While reservations were limited, we were fortunate to have the opportunity to try all the restaurants, food and service was delicious!!. The proximity to the beach is important and Transit, such as bus and taxi, was easily accessible from the hotel.

Staff was great, rooms were clean, the cleaning service everyday was the best they would decorate our room with towel swans and flower drapes, 24/7 room service, what more can you ask for?? The best !

Very well placed resort, great beach, swimming pool and next to a great golf course. Food is excellent, and a variety of shows and activities made our vacation memorable. Make sure you visit Chichen=itza, the Mayan temple, and settlement. Overall experience was excellent.
