Highly recommend!!! Lovely resort. The staff were so friendly and great with kids. Very, very clean rooms. Our room was just a few steps to an awesome beach area. Enjoyed the water aerobics, theater, music, mini golf and kayaking that were all included. The Caribe side is more mellow and the Solaris side is more lively. Kids loved the beach and designated kids water park and jacuzzi. Food and drinks were good- especially loved the pizzeria. The only thing I wish was enforced was a no saving beach chairs rule. People put books and towels on all the poolside beds and chairs early in the morning and it seems they rarely become available.

Location is amazing. The beach was gorgeous with soft sand and clear water, and this hotel has so many points of access to spend time at the beach. There's plenty to do throughout the day. You can use the hotel next door for the pool, restaurants, and kids club. The layout is designed that you only have to walk a few steps. We were at the GR Caribe at the first floor, we were right next to the breakfast cafe. The food is so good, we made sure to try almost everything. Every night the buffet theme changes and you get to try different cuisines from all over the world. We had all inclusive which meant we could go to the bar and order as many drinks as we wanted. Also the drinks from the mini bar were included, as well as food from room service. It was so nice to have everything accessible to us without having to worry about extra costs. Upon checking in, make sure you use the website and the code the front desk gives you to access the activities through the day and the number for room service. The only small complaint was that the Wi-Fi was not working very well in the room, you had to use the main areas. It wasn't a huge deal, but it would have been nice to have reliable Wi-Fi in our room. The rooms were very clean and the staff makes sure to clean every day. You also get a free voucher to use the towels for the pool/beach. The staff from the kids club were very nice and they host different activities for the children through the day. The kids pool is also next to the kids club, and the whole area is gated all around and away from the other pools so the kids don't wander off. My family and I had a great time at this resort. The location, amenities, and food were all top-notch, and we would definitely consider staying here again in the future
