Yes. À la carte restaurants require long pants and closed-toe shoes for men. Buffet restaurants require shirts and no bare feet; wet swimsuits are not allowed.

Yes. Order from 7:00 am to 12:30 am. A service fee of 100 MXN (~US$10) applies per order.

What services does the spa offer?
Solaris Spa offers deep-tissue, hot stone, sports, and Swedish massages; reflexology; manicures and pedicures; body wraps, treatments and scrubs; facials; and access to a hydromassage bath, hot tub, and steam room.
Are robes provided?
Bathrobes and slippers are provided for Loyalty members.

What are the age/size requirements for kids to use the slides?
Slides are for children ages 4–11. Children under 4 must be accompanied by an adult. Maximum height: 4.5 ft (approx. 137 cm).
What's the youngest age accepted at the kids' club?
Children under 4 years old may attend when accompanied by an adult.
Does the resort have life jackets/flotation devices and water toys for kids?
Yes. Life jackets, flotation devices, and water toys are available at the resort's convenience shop (extra cost applies).
